common mistake and problem the reviewers have, how do u determine whiat a good chassis is? how stiff it is that is in their mind, which is completely untrue, cuz for someone who wants LUXURY and comfort, they would consider nothing but Lexus the BEST in the world, and frankly if you mention LUX in a car comparison, without even comparing, Lexus would win hands down, as it is THE ONLY truly LUXURY car maker, first and foremost, it is not STIFF, ONE signature characteristic of a luxury car.
the true driving dynamic of a true luxury car is FLOATING, u fool. if i really want to DRIVE, i certainlly wouldn’t go with any lexus expect the LF-A, after all it is a luxury car maker not a “race car wanna be yet feel like should be pleasing those luxury car buyers car maker like the rest of them all”. Lexus has the best techs in a car, screen is the best in the business, layout is the best, btm line, if u r talkin about luxury and feature, lexus is the best in the industry
What’s the point of having a compact SUV? I doubt you are going to take it offroad, and you won’t enjoy much room inside either. Just get a sedan or whatever, and save your money.

I see where you are coming from. Lexus isn’t much for the driving dynamics. BMW, Audi, and Mercedes, beat Lexus in those areas hands down. Lexus, builds cars, that are for more… laid back, relaxed, and lazy driving for the people who have money to ride in style, in other words, Lexus focuses on soft, traditional luxury.

Just bought the RX. With the optional sport package and 19″ wheels, it does really well, and still gets better gas mileage highway than the others. Lexus also just put out its new “Enform” communications program that works like GM’s OnStar. I can call it free from the car and a human being can download directions (like nearby restaurants on my route) directly to the nav system in seconds. Would rather have the Audi’s driving bit, but the Lexus was a great deal for it’s features.
